We protect the work area and adjacent floors and finishes, contain the active construction area, and complete a final cleanup before handover.
Your agreed scope and pricing are documented in writing before construction begins. We do not proceed with additional chargeable work without discussing it with you and receiving your approval first.

Construction duration begins only after materials are on site and the project is construction-ready. Available for qualifying installations and subject to site conditions, material availability and electrical readiness.
CUSTOM QUOTE
Interior sauna lighting and tile flooring are included in our standard sauna packages. Where a suitable existing concrete slab is present, the concrete may remain exposed if preferred. Optional cedar walking boards can also be added over a suitable finished base.
Up to approximately 40 ft of reasonably accessible routing from a suitable existing electrical panel with adequate capacity. Panel or service upgrades, extended runs, difficult concealed routing, trenching and unusual site-specific work may be extra.
