Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

Welcome to livinggudprojects.ca, operated by LivingGud Inc., doing business as LivingGud Projects (“LivingGud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online forms, and website content. They also explain certain conditions that apply when you request information, a consultation, a quotation, or other services through our website.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These website Terms do not replace a project-specific quotation, proposal, contract, change order, warranty document, or other written agreement between LivingGud Projects and a customer. Where a signed or otherwise accepted project agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project-specific agreement will govern for that project.

1. About LivingGud Projects

LivingGud Projects provides construction, renovation, maintenance, home-improvement, sauna-installation, and related services.

The availability, scope, pricing, timing, and suitability of any particular service may depend on the location, project requirements, existing site conditions, availability of materials and trades, and other project-specific factors.

2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current.

However, website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and may be updated, corrected, expanded, or removed from time to time.

Information on the website should not be treated as a substitute for a site assessment, written quotation, engineering advice, permit review, electrical assessment, or other professional evaluation where one is required.

3. Requests for Quotes and Consultations

Submitting a contact form, quote request, consultation request, or other inquiry does not create a construction contract or obligate LivingGud Projects to accept a project.

After reviewing an inquiry, we may contact you to:

obtain additional information;

discuss the proposed project;

schedule a consultation or site visit;

assess project feasibility;

prepare a written quotation or proposal.

A project becomes binding only when the applicable quotation, proposal, contract, or other project agreement has been accepted in accordance with its terms.

4. Website Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are intended to describe the applicable advertised service or package and are subject to the scope and conditions stated with that offer.

Where a service is advertised as “starting at” or “from” a specified price, the starting price applies to a qualifying project within the defined base scope.

Where a specific package price is displayed without “from” or “starting at,” that price applies to the defined standard package and qualifying conditions described for that offer.

Additional costs may apply where a customer requests:

upgrades or optional features;

additional work outside the advertised package;

changes to an accepted scope;

additional materials;

work required because of site-specific or concealed conditions;

electrical, structural, permit, access, or other requirements outside the defined standard scope.

Any additional chargeable work will be addressed through the applicable quotation, proposal, or approved project change before that additional work proceeds, subject to applicable law.

Applicable HST is additional where stated.

5. Sauna Packages and Advertised Offers

LivingGud Projects may advertise fixed or starting-price home-sauna packages.

Package descriptions are based on defined assumptions regarding room size, materials, access, electrical conditions, existing construction, site readiness, and other factors described in the applicable offer or quotation.

The suitability of a particular sauna package is confirmed during project review.

Optional upgrades, customer-requested changes, larger configurations, unusual site conditions, panel or service upgrades, extended electrical routing, structural changes, permit requirements, or other work outside the standard package may require additional pricing.

Advertised construction durations are based on qualifying projects and normal working conditions.

Where a Priority 7-Day Build is offered, the seven-working-day construction commitment applies only to qualifying projects that meet the applicable Priority requirements described in the offer and written project documents.

6. Sauna Guarantees

Priority 7-Day Build Guarantee. For qualifying Priority Sauna Builds, LivingGud will complete construction within 7 working days of the agreed start date. If construction extends beyond that because of delays caused by LivingGud, the customer receives a $500 credit for each additional working day, applied to the final balance, up to a maximum of $3,000.

A qualifying build requires a construction-ready space, an existing electrical panel with adequate capacity within the standard electrical allowance, and the standard Priority package without custom changes.

The construction window begins on the agreed start date once materials are on site and the space is accessible. Working days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Delays caused by customer-requested changes or added scope, site access, permits or inspections, panel or utility issues, concealed site conditions, or events outside LivingGud’s reasonable control are not covered.

7. Estimates, Quotations, and Project Agreements

Website information is not a formal estimate or construction contract.

Final project scope, specifications, assumptions, exclusions, price, payment milestones, anticipated schedule, warranties, responsibilities, and other project terms will be stated in the applicable written quotation, proposal, or contract.

Customers should review project documents carefully before approving work.

Any changes to the agreed project scope should be documented and approved in accordance with the applicable project agreement.

8. Deposits and Payments

Deposits, progress payments, final payments, payment methods, and due dates are governed by the applicable written quotation, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.

Website content describing typical payment structures is informational unless expressly incorporated into an accepted project agreement.

LivingGud Projects will not require payment terms that are inconsistent with applicable consumer-protection requirements.

9. Scheduling and Project Timing

Estimated or advertised project durations are based on the expected scope and normal working conditions.

Actual scheduling may be affected by circumstances including:

customer-requested changes;

material availability;

trade availability;

inspections or permits;

access restrictions;

concealed or unexpected site conditions;

weather where relevant;

events beyond the reasonable control of LivingGud Projects.

Specific start dates and project schedules will be addressed in the applicable project documents.

10. Permits, Inspections, and Licensed Trades

Projects may require permits, inspections, approvals, or work by appropriately licensed or qualified trades depending on the nature and location of the project.

Responsibility for permits, approvals, inspections, engineering, or other professional services will be identified in the applicable project scope or agreement where relevant.

Electrical work requiring an electrical contractor will be performed or coordinated through appropriately licensed electrical contractors as required by applicable Ontario requirements.

11. Workmanship Warranty

Where LivingGud Projects advertises or provides a workmanship warranty, the warranty applies subject to the written warranty terms provided with the applicable project.

The advertised 3-Year Workmanship Warranty on qualifying sauna projects applies to covered LivingGud workmanship for the stated warranty period, subject to the applicable exclusions, limitations, maintenance requirements, and warranty procedures contained in the project documents.

Manufacturer warranties for heaters, controls, fixtures, materials, appliances, equipment, or other products are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Customer-Provided Information

You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and complete when requesting services.

Project pricing, feasibility, and planning may depend on information provided by the customer and conditions observed during site review.

LivingGud Projects may revise a quotation or project recommendation where information supplied before the project is materially incomplete or where actual site conditions differ from those reasonably understood during pricing.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, layouts, and other original material, is owned by or licensed to LivingGud Projects and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for ordinary personal or business inquiry purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit LivingGud Projects website content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

14. Project Photographs and Media

LivingGud Projects will not rely on these website Terms alone as consent to publicly identify a customer, disclose private customer information, or use project imagery where separate permission is reasonably appropriate.

Any project-photo, testimonial, review, or marketing permissions may be addressed separately where required.

15. Third-Party Products and Services

Our projects and website may involve or reference third-party products, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, licensed trades, platforms, or websites.

LivingGud Projects is not responsible for the independent content, policies, warranties, or acts of unrelated third-party websites or services.

Manufacturer products and warranties remain subject to the terms established by the applicable manufacturer.

16. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to websites operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience or information. LivingGud Projects does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, security, or practices.

use website content unlawfully.

We may restrict access or take reasonable protective measures where misuse or security risks are identified.

18. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, upgrades, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

19. Limitation Regarding Website Information

To the extent permitted by law, LivingGud Projects is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information where a project-specific site review, quotation, contract, professional assessment, or other verification would reasonably be required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20. Privacy

Use of personal information in connection with this website is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree that communications relating to website inquiries, quotations, proposals, project administration, invoices, or other business matters may be provided electronically where appropriate.

22. Changes to These Terms

LivingGud Projects may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Changes to website Terms will not retroactively replace the terms of an existing project agreement unless permitted by law and agreed where required.
